How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at:

All return requests must be received within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Return

Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, which means:

  • No signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Must include all original packaging and accessories
  • Must not be a custom or special-order item
  • Must not be marked as non-returnable in the product listing

Return Window

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
  • Items returned after 30 days or without prior approval will not be refunded.

Refund & Exchange Options

We offer the following based on the condition of the return:

  • Full Refund – For items with discrepancies in form, fit, function, or quality
  • Exchange or Store Credit – At our discretion, in eligible cases

Note: Refunds are contingent upon inspection of returned item(s).


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that:

  • Are not due to a defect or shipping error on our part
  • Are returned for a refund and not an exchange

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or shipping damage).
